To-do lists are great.

"To-done" lists are even better.

Having a list of things you need to do is a great way to keep on track to your daily and weekly goals. We all need to-do lists to be organized.

It might be helpful, however, to adopt a "to-done" list where you can look back at all the things you've accomplished and spend some time focusing on those.
